Husband of Lusina Dillion (ma. 17 May 1855).
He served as a Private in the 22nd NCST Co. K (CSA).
He was wounded above the left eye at Gettysburg (July 1-3, 1863) and returned to duty on October 20, 1863. He was wounded again, being shot in the ear at the Wilderness (May 5-6, 1864) and returned again to duty prior to September 1, 1864. He was a POW and was paroled at Appomattox Court House on April 9, 1865.
