HIRAM GREW JR. Meyersdale Republican, June 22, 1972 

   Hiram Grew Jr., 55, died Friday, June 16, 1972, at his home on Meyersdale RD 1.  Born Sept. 21, 1916, in Garrett, he was a son of the late Hiram and Blanche (Miller) Grew Sr. Surviving are his wife, the former Fannie Nicholson; two sons, Joseph C. Grew, Somerset; and Paul D. Grew, at home, also two grandchildren.   Funeral service was held Monday afternoon in Konhaus Funeral Home, Meyersdale, with Rev. Lloyd Sechriest officiating.  Interment in Somerset Memorial Park.
