I think that Hilbrandt (aka Benjamin) may actually be my Bernie Teninga of the Chicago school photograph. I hope someone will eventually verify (or disprove) this for me.
One potential connection is that Hilbrandt's youngest daughter (still living) married first Warren Schoon, the son of Lambert Schoon who was a classmate of Bernie's in 1903.
Another connection is that Hilbrandt's wife, Matile Myroup, is the first cousin of Albert and Harry Stump, as their father's sister Annie/Hannah Stump married Job Myroup, father of Matilde.
