1.) Military: Revolutionary War. French & Indian War. Served in Capt E. Whiting's Co., in 1757, in Capt. Brown's Co., in 1758, appointed Ensign of Capt. Russell's Co. in 1760, 2nd Lieutenant of Capt. Hopkin's Co., in 1761, and 1st Lieutenant of Capt. Russell's Co., at Havana in 1762. 2.) Census records: 1790 Federal Census, Rhode Island, Westerly Co.
