As a kid, his favorite food was breaded pork cutlets. When he called his mother that he was on his way home, she said to stop at the store and pick up whatever he wanted. He always came home with pork cutlets.

When he was learning to drive, he drover the Overland in and out of the garage, back and forth, back and forth, then out to the end of the alley and back. Over and over. He played a lot with Tommy Walsh.
