    Funeral services for Henry C. Yale, route 2, Milton Junction, were held in the Methodist church at Milton Junction, Wednesday afternoon, Rev. Webster Miller of Janesville, an old friend, officiating. Burial was in Milton cemetery. The pallbearers were Will Paul, A. M. Paul, Ralph Marquart, Dan Marquart, Elam Coon and Roy Cary.
    Henry C. Yale, son of Conrad and Elizabeth Goehl, was born Jan. 3, 1864 at Waterloo, Wis. He was married Feb. 24, 1892, to Martha J. Stockman.
    He was one of the best known farmers in Rock county and a former president of the Pure Milk association.
    His health had failed the past few years and last Friday he was taken to Mercy hospital, Janesville, where he died Monday morning.
    He is survived by his wife; three sons, Emmett, at home, Bert, Beloit, and Harry, Milton Junction; three daughters, Mrs. George Bancroft, Mrs. Carl Stricker and Mrs. R. Kelly, all of Harmony; two brothers, Charles, Evansville, and Conrad, Waterloo; and one sister, Mrs. Emma McPherson, Lemon, S. D.
    A son, Eugene, died Jan. 27, 1901, and a daughter, Mrs. Merle McCartney on March 11, 1934.
