'In an instrument acknowledged on 15 October 1668, Benjamin Bullard [Henry's step-son] stated that "whereas Henry Thorp of Watertowne deceased ... know ye that I Benjamin Bullard do ... forever acquit ... all claim ... to the said parcel of land by any gift ... from my mother Ann Thorp" [MLR 10:307].'

This deed appears to be the same deed referenced by The Ancestry of Eva Belle Kempton [Middlesex Deed, 10:307], to indicate that Anne (Martyn) (Bullard) Thorpe died by 15 Oct 1660.
