Now Sabina Ann Taulbee married a Henry Morley Smith b. 3/1896 d. 5/11/1949. They married 7/5/1915 Breathitt County, KY. They had 8 children. Henry became known as John Henry Smith Sr. due to an altercation with the law. He was running liquid refreashment during Proabition. He got caught and his brother who did not keep his money in a bank but in his mattress at home took the money and bride the jailer and got him out of jail. My great Uncle Isaac also helped him get a regular job at a coal mine. Later when the G-men came looking, my grandfather was using the name of John Henry as he hated his middle name of Morley and just as soon fight ya as to let anyone use that as his name. The G-men never found my grandfather and he never did anything illegal again.

Well, Henry and Sabina had 8 children. Four boys and four girls.

1. Ollie Marie b. 5/16/1916 Still living in MI but may be moving in with one of her children in ARK. Married Charles B. Rollins (now past on). They had 4 children, one of which died as an infant.

2. Serilda Lucinda b. 12/1/1917 d. 12/30/1997 She was named after both grandmothers. She married a Joseph F. Lewis ( Also dead). They had no children.

3. Telitha Jane b. 2/12/1919 d. 2/3/1971. She married a Barney L. Houston ( He remarried and had 6 more children and he is now dead). They had 5 children, 4 boys and 1 girl.

4. Isaac Benjamin b. 5/21/1921 d. 1/1972 He was married 2 times. 1st Kathleen Greenaway (war bride). They had 2 children and both are now deceased One of the two boys did get married and had a son named Robert. 2nd Kathleen Edith Brashear Goodson now deceased, This was her second marriage also and she had 7 grown children from her first marriage. They had two children, one of each. When Isaac died Edith's children took in the two fromher second marriage.

5. John Henry, Jr. b. 1925 Still living at Happy, KY near Hazard. Married to Greva Mae Lewis, not related to Joseph Lewis listed above, she is dead now. They had 3 girls.

6. James Estill b. 7/18/1927 Still living in MI in a nursing home but might be moving soon to a new veteran nuring home in Hazard. He was married and divorced from a Hazel James. They did not have any children.

7. Bobby Jean b. 1/6/1931 Still living in TN. She is my mother. She married a Roland C. Mullins now dead. They had 3 children, 2 girls and one boy.

8. Billy Laverne b. 3/4/1937 Still living in IN. Married an Ardith Woods. They had 3 children. Two girls and one boy.
