• In pursuance of an order of this County Court of Botetourt March Term 1841 referring the accounts of John Sarver committer for his father Henry Sarver to the commissioners for statement and settlement. Additional Comments: Henry Sarver married Nancy Agnes Champ 8 June 1801 Montgomery Co., VA. His oldest son was John Sarver who married to Martha Givens in Botetourt Co., VA.
