Facts and Events
Henry Reynolds was married in Winchester, Clark County Kentucky. In 1820 he and his wife and seven boys were counted in the census of North Middletown, Bourbon County, Kentucky. They moved to Lincoln County, Missouri, and lived at Louisville, Waverly township, in the far northwest corner of the county. Henry and his family were in the 1830 census of Lincoln County with seven boys and also one girl born 1820-1825. Henry died in Sept. 1835. Henry Reynolds, Washington Reynolds, Woodson Reynolds and Lucy Reynolds, and several infant children of Woodson and Lucy are buried in Reynolds cemetery in Waverly township. They are in Section 21 where Woodson Reynolds later owned land in the 1850s. Another Henry Reynolds who was born within a few years of the Henry Reynolds who died in 1835, but who lived much longer to 1873, lies buried with them in Reynolds cemetery.
