References
  1.   Henry McCabe is referred to in the Tithables for Slave Holders as Captain. He was a Militia Captain in the Revolutionary War.
He did not die in 1780, as I found him as witness & security on wills in Loudoun County & Fairfax County, Va. way past that date. Catherine Blinstone apparently was suing him for their Son William Blinstone, known as William McCabe. I assume for an out of wedlock child. I find no legal records mentioning William, other than the will of his Mother Catherine Blinstone Thomas.
