21 Feb 1731/32: "John Bishop & Ann My Wife of Plimton In the County of Plymouth" quitclaim unto Theophelus Kenney of Sutten all rights to the Estate of our Honered father Henry Kenney Late of Sutten.
2 Mar 1731/2: Notice to appear to "Mary Kenney of Sutton Widdow of Henry Kenny late of Sutton Aforesaid yeoman Dec'd and theophilus Kenney of Said Sutton only son of the Dec'd", to consider request of "Peter Aldrich of Smithfield who marryed a Daughter of the Dec'd" to have administrator appointed.
