Disambiguation

Varying accounts by descendants say that Henry had 3 wives. The first was Elizabeth who was mentioned on at least two land sales. There is no real proof for a second wife Rebecca (surname unknown). And the third was Jane (Lynch) mentioned on his will of 6 Mar 1789. This Henry did NOT marry Mary RENNICK. That misinformation came from a DAR application of Mrs Meta Criswell Dennis and appears to be a case of confusing Henry and his grandson (also named Henry) whose mother-in-law was Mary RENNICK. This Henry was clearly married to Elizabeth at that time.
