" *GROSS Harry died 31 May 1922 ae 73yr "
Death certificate name Henry Gross. Shop laborer, male, white, married. Maria Gross informant. The wife is not named on the document. At this time I do not know if Maria is wife a daughter or some other relative. Two of the sons that are buried in the same lot and have death certificates at MO. SOS show parents and the mother is named Polly Johnson. Many know that Polly a nickname for women named Mary. Have known it to be for Maria, but so uncommon. It is of course possible he lost wife, or divorced and re-married a woman named Maria. Family knows and perhaps someone will find this memorial and clear it up or maybe will find some research that has a paper trail. Mother was Edward Gross and mother Unknown Lamb. Paxson's Undertaking funeral home.
