p. 81: 'Henry Fulwater's name was apparently first officially recorded in England in 1567 when his name appears as Harry Vallwater, a resident of the ward of Farringdon without London, who had resided in England one year.' Another record, in 1571, says he was high German (spoken primarily in southern Germany). Another record (with some interpretation) suggests he may have been born near Liege and Flanders.
p. 82: 'It is probable that [he completed his apprenticeship] about 1571.'
p. 83: 'The parish register of St. Anne, Blackfriars, records the burial of Henry Fulwater 21 Sept. 1603.'
