Henry G. Felker, 91, Chelan, died Monday in a Chelan hospital.
He was born on Aug. 27, 1882, at LaVelle, Pa. In 1902 he married Estella Beidler. From 1908 to 1925 he was employed in the coalmines in Pennsylvania. In 1925 they moved to Manson where he owned and operated an orchard until 1943. Mrs. Felker died in 1939 and in 1943 Mr. Felker moved to Ashland, Pa., where he was employed in the mines until his retirement in 1954. Following his retirement he moved to Chelan and married Marie Snider in 1958.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons, Lewis of Chelan, and Paul of the Dalles, Ore.; eight daughters, Mrs. Herbert Neetzow, Ashland, Pa., Mrs. Walter Foster and Mrs. Walter Griffith, both of Manson, Mrs. Harold Maynard and Mrs. Robert Hall, both of Missoula, Mont., Mrs. Wilbur Kreider and Mrs. Clarence McClellan, both of Chelan, and Mrs. Robert Ball of Klamath Falls, Ore.; two stepsons; two brothers, Edward of Tamaqua, Pa., and Fred of LaVelle, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Ada Wein of Harrisburg, Pa.; 24 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife and one daughter.
