The undersigned beg the [?] of Henry Elliott deceased late of the Township of Hamilton in the county of Van Buren hereby makes application to said court for letters of administration upon the Estate of Henry Elliott deceased and further [?] at Perthena Elliott widow of said Henry Elliott in aforementioned of said Estate [signed Richard G. Elliott]
Richard G. Elliott, son of said deceased, has made application to have Perthana Elliott, widow of said deceased appointed administratrix of said estate...will hear and decided...first day of July next at 10 a.m. Dated June 6, 1850.
