  1.   Henry was to prove that the lands myline of Esslemont, granted by him to John, his son, and Elizabeth Annand, his spouse, were worth £20 before the Lords of Council on 13th December 1479. He was found liable in 500 merks for the wrongeous destruction of the Place of Ardendracht, in action against him, and John, his son, on 6th July 1492.
