In the 1850 census Henry and his family were living in Loudon Twp., Carroll Co., Ohio. Henry was listed as a farmer age 30 born in Ohio, his wife Margaret age 26 born in Ohio, their children listed were; Hannah age 8, Elizabeth age 7, Samuel age 4, Samantha age 2 and Charlotte age 5 months, all were born in Ohio. Also a Rachel Burrier age 15 born in Ohio were living with the family.
This next was in the Carroll Chronicle, Carrollton, Ohio, Friday, November 22, 1895.
Public Sale -- On Saturday, December 7, on the Henry Burrier farm 2 miles south of Harlem, Isabel Burrier will sell the following personal property: Two horses, 4 head of cattle, buggy, spring wagon, new Buckeye mowing machine, wind mill, plows, harrow, hay rake, harness and other articles. Sale will commence at 12:30. A credit of six months will be given.

In the name of the Benevolent Father of all. I Henry Burrier of Lee Township, Carroll Co., Ohio do make and publish this my last Will and testament.
I give and devise to my beloved wife Isabelle the property owned by me in Harlem, Lee Township, Carroll County, Ohio to be hers and her assigns forever. Henry Burrier
