There is a birth record of a Henry Graham Achurch born abt June 1889 in St Neots, 3b/303 which I believe may be the same person 1891 England Census notes Henry (noted as Graham) living in Lower Wintringham, St Neots, Huntingdonshire, England with his parents Henry and Matilda, Brother Stanley, Sisters Ethel, Grace and Elizabeth and Sarah Atkins Governess, age noted as 2 1901 England Census notes Henry at Turnpike Lane (possibly at Kimbolton Dissenters Sabbath School) as a pupil. Also listed is Henry's brother Stanley. Age noted as 14 Henry was 2nd Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force. A notation is found on the Roll of Honor website (www.roll-of-honor.com) on the St Neots War Memorial locate on Church Walk St Neots. 2nd Lieutenant, RFC/RAF. Bom 26th February 1886 at Wintringham, St. Neots. Younger son of the late Henry Achurch (farmer) & Matilda Achurch (nee Pentelow), of Wintringham. Educated at Kimbolton Grammar School. Took up business post in Singapore September 1910; joined Singapore Volunteer Artillery in 1911; returned to England May 1916; enlisted in RFC 8th August 17 gazetted 2nd Lt. 4th January 1918. Killed in flying accident 24 April 1918, at Belper, Derbyshire, aged 32, while training as pilot with 199(N) Squadron. Harpswell killed while night-flying in an FE.2b. Buried at St. Neots Cemetery. ACHURCH, Henry Graham - 2nd Lieut., R.A.F. - Younger son of the late Henry Achurch of Wintringham, St.Neots, co. Huntingdon, Farmer, by his wife, Matilda, daughter of Ebeneezer Pentelow, of Papworth St.Agnes, co. Cambridge. Born Wintringham aforesaid, 26th February 1889; educated the Grammar School, Kimbolton, co. Huntingdon. Went to Singapore in September 1910, where he represented a Manchester firm. Joined the Singapore Volunteer Artillery: returned to England 31st May 1916; was accepted by the RAF 8th August 1917, being gazetted 2nd Lieut. 4th January 1918 and was killed at Belper, co. Derby 25th April following, during an aeroplane accident while night training. Buried in the St.Neots Cemetery. His Captain wrote: "He was a very keen and reliable pilot, and would, I feel sure, have gone far in his chosen calling. His loss is felt keenly by all who had the good fortune to know him."
