2011 - Obituary, Niagara Gazette: MONROE, OR — Henrietta K. “Nettie” Geschwender, of Monroe, OR, died February 15, 2011, of age related causes. She was 99. She was born November 3, 1911 in Patton, PA to John and Sarah Williams Kelsall. She married James Geschwender in 1955 in Niagara Falls, NY. He died June 27, 1987. She graduated from high school in Pennsylvania and moved to Niagara Falls, NY at age 18. She attended beauty school and was a beautician in Niagara Falls for more than 60 years. She moved to Oregon in June 2000. Survivors include a daughter, Blanche Freeman Chase of Monroe, OR; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. A step-son, James Geschwender, died previously.
