Saw the headstone. It is located in a private family cemetary in Jennings County Indiana. The cemetary is in the middle of a pasture off of Devils Ridge Road

The famous Bing Cherry Tree was propagated by Henderson Lewellen, who travelled by wagon train from New Castle Indiana to Oregon and later, on to California. He transported young fruit trees in his specially built wagon. It was rumored that Indians helped to water the trees along the way?
