Helene Carver, 61 years, 9 months and 10 days old, died suddenly at 7:10 p.m. Friday at the home of her niece, Miss Clara Klomp, 1314 Scott Avenue, after a brief illness. Born in Germany, she had lived in Fort Wayne for the last 50 years. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. William Schramm of Kenosha, Wis., and Miss Anna Schmidt of Fort Wayne. The body was taken to Scheumann's funeral home, where it may be viewed after Sunday morning. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Monday, Rev. E. J. Boerger officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Lutheran cemetery on Feb. 10.
