p. 89: 'According to a memorandum of 6 March 1627/8, "Hellen Jenks and William Balls" agreed to [the sale of the right to use the mark of a bunch of grapes] ... According to a record of 9 Oct. 1628 "William Bales" purchased the right from "Widdo Jencks and Joseph Jencks, her son".'
