Obituary, Ottumwa Courier: Helen Gasper OSKALOOSA Helen Viola Gasper, 83, of rural Pella and formerly of Oskaloosa died July 18, 2001, in her home. She was born July 30, 1917, in Mahaska County to Elmer E. and Etta Wilson Tullis. She married Henry E. Miller, who preceded her in death. She then married Clyde W. Dillon, who preceded her in death. Later, she married Carl E. Gasper, who died Sept. 21, 1983. Surviving are four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services will be 1 p.m. today, Friday, July 20, in Garland-VanArkel-Langkamp Funeral Chapel, the Rev. Harold Schutte officiating. Burial will be in Beacon Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Mahaska County.
