HELEN BOURNS We regret to announce the death of Helen Bourns who died on June 25, 2012 at 9:55 a.m. Left to mourn her are sons Rick and Michael Bourns and her grandchildren Andrew and Erin Bourns, Matthew Kelly and Jordan Bourns; her sister Mary Joan MCDonnell, grandnephews and nieces Shawn MCDonnell, James MCDonnell, Diane MCDonnell, Nancy MCDonnell and Janette MCDonnell. The Funeral Mass for Helen Bourns will be held on Thursday, June 28th, at 11:00 a.m. at the Franciscan Church of St. Bonaventure located at 1300 Leslie Street. Visitation will be held at the Simple Alternative Funeral Centre located at 275 Lesmill Road, on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 between the hours of 6-9 p.m. Funeral reception will take place directly after the service at the Franciscan Church of St. Bonaventure. Helen was high energy and fun loving, she portrayed her best in song and dance at the Yorkminstrels Musical Theatre Company. All contributions and donations on behalf of Helen Bourns will go to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
