DEATH OF MRS. LAUGHNER
Sudden demise of South Side woman on Friday
Mrs. Eli Laughner, of Central Avenue, South Williamsport had a fatal stroke of paralysis when on the way home from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. George C Luppert. Mrs. Laughner was within a short distance of her home when she fell to the walk. Her son, T Ross Laughner hurried to her side and carried her home where she died within a hour at 11:45 o'clock. Dr. Schneider was called but could not revive her. She had been in poor health for some time.
The deceased was aged 58 years. Besides her husband the following children survive: Mrs. Catherine Glunt Williamsport, Mrs. George C Allcott of Greensboro NC, Mrs. George C Luppert South Williamsport, W J Laughner of Greensburg Pa, Harry W of Brazil South America, Samuel K and engineer on the Pennsylvania Railroad and T Ross at home.
