Probably married about 1926, as age at first marriage for Chester is 39 and for Hazel is 35. Daughter is likely from her first marriage to a George Hill on 21 Dec 1910.

Obituary - "Daily Tribune" - Wisconsin Rapids, Wood Co., Wisconsin - March 12, 1942 MRS. HAZEL HILL, 52, DIES; RITES SATURDAY

  "Mrs. Hazel Hill, 52, Bonow Avenue, a lifelong resident of this city, passed away at Riverview Hospital at 11 p.m. Wednesday after a three weeks' illness.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Krohn & Berard Chapel, the Rev. David C. Anderson officiating, with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery.
  "Mrs. Hill was born here August 23, 1889, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Waters.  On December 21, 1910 she was married in this city to George Hill, who proceeded her in death in 1913.  On June 17, 1925, she married Chester Hill.
  "Surviving relatives include the husband, one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Manley, city; four brothers, Adrain, Alvin and Roy Waters, city, and Almond Waters, Racine; four sisters, Mrs. Alice Warren, Phillips; Mrs. James Gibney, Arpin; Mrs. Thomas Grant, Elgin, Ill., and Mrs. Alvin Hill, Oakfield, Wis., and two grandchildren.
