 Hazel S. Fay, 79, of Salisbury, died April 19, 1997, at Memorial Hospital,Cumberland, Md.  Born Oct. 28, 1917, near Salisbury, she was a daughter of the late Karl D. and Margaret (Hotchkiss) Swartzwelder.  Also preceded in death by 2 brothers, Wilber and Karl D. Swartzwelder, and a grandson, Jeffrey Wisseman.  Member of St. Johns's United Church of Christ and Salisbury Firemen's Auxillary.
