HAZEL MAY

    Hazel Lambert May, 68, of Republic, died Wednesday, Sept. 26, in Washington Hospital. Her first husband Louis Wright died in 1941, and her second husband James May died in 1978. A daughter Elma Jean Wright died in 1946. Surviving are three sons Louis Wright of West Mifflin, James May of Clairton and Raymond May, Sutersville; a stepson Richard May, Brownsville; three daughters Mrs. John (Betty) Haftman, Grindstone, Mrs. John (Lorane) Washlock, Ellsworth and Mrs. John (Diana) Chizmar, Washington; 27 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three brothers Wilbur Lambert of Coal Center and Elvy and Allen Lambert of Bentleyville and four sisters Mrs. Alberta Weaver, Bentleyville, Mrs. June Shriner, Ellsworth, Mrs. Florence Prykull, Bentleyville, and Mrs. Elsie Means, Republic.  Friends were received in the Joseph E. Flack Funeral Home, Legion St., Republic, on Friday, Sept.28, and until noon on Saturday, Sept. 29, when      the funeral was conducted by the Rev. Thomas N. Logston. Interment was in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill.
