QUAY 3 "Hazel, the 12 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Duffy, died Thursday afternoon after an illness of but two days. While at school Tuesday she was taken suddenly with sharp ppains, and shortly after her arrival home she became gradually worse and medical aid summoned. It was found that she was troubled with appendicitis, but an operation was useless. She was a bright and winsome little girl, and was a favorite with her playmates. Her death was a sudden one and a shock to parents and friends. The funeral services were held Sunday, the Rec. Father Chrysostom officiating."
