Hazel May Case, 58, of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and formerly of Alton, died at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Oak Ridge Hospital.
She was born in Alton, daughter of the late Benjamin T. and Matilda (Ackelberry) Bailey.
Surviving are her husband, Jack M. Case; a daughter, Linda L. Henry of Knoxville, Tenn.; two sons, Lawrence of Padukash, Ky., and Patrick of Oak Ridge; four grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Subick of Bethalto and Pearl Paul of Fosterburg; and three brothers, George Bailey of East Alton, Benjamin Bailey of San Antonio, Texas, and Charles Bailey of Oak Ridge.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Weatherford Mortuary, 158 S. Jefferson Circle, Oak Ridge, where services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday with the Rev. Gordon Goodgame officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Ridge Memorial Park and the American Cancer Society has been named as a memorial.
