HARVEY L. MOORE DIES IN 53D YEAR
Harvey LeNoir Moore, of 6 Morris Circle, died today at his home after a long illness. He was in his 53d year.
Mr. Moore, son of George Norman Moore and Ella LeNoir Moore, of the Morris Circle address, was born in Philadelphia, and was for may years connected with the brokerage firm of George H. McFadden & Bro. of that city. He was later associated with the Reading Railroad.
Mr. Moore was a descendant of distinguished families, being the grandson of the late State Representative George W. Moore, founder and senior partner of the firm of Moore & Brady Company, fruit and oyster packers of Baltimore, Md., and founder and president of the Trader's National Bank of Baltimore. His grandmother, Elizabeth Evans Moore, came from a family which settled in West River, Md. in 1635. He was also a descendant of the LeNoir family, from which the city and county of LeNoir in North Carolina take their names.
Besides his parents, he leaves two brothers, Norman, of Hartford, Conn., and George of Trenton; two sisters, the Misses Ella and Alice Moore, of Morris Circle, and a nephew, John Clark Moore.
Funeral services will be private at the Church Home of Ivins & Taylor, 77 Prospect Street, Monday morning at 11 o'clock, with the Rev. S.E. Wragg, of Trinity Cathedral, officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Friends may call at the Church Home Sunday evening from 7 to 9 o'clock. _TMPLT:
