H. L SHROYER BUFFALO MILLS, Pa. H. Lee Shroyer, 65, of Tar Water Hollow Road, Buffalo Mills, died Saturday, June 15, 2002, at the UPMC Bedford Memorial Hospital, Everett. Born Feb. 15, 1937, in Buffalo Mills, he was the son of the late Margaret H. (Yutzy) and Harry W. Shroyer. The last surviving member of his immediate family, he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bernard R. and Robert L. Shroyer; and by one sister, Anna S. Miller. Mr. Shroyer had retired from the Kelly-Springfield Tire Company, where he was a tire builder. He was a member of the Gravel Pit United Methodist Church. An avid outdoorsman, he traveled each year to the western states to fish and hunt elk and caribou. He always returned with a trophy and wonderful stories with which he entertained his family and friends. He was a life member of the North American Hunting Club and the National Rifle Association. At home, he was a member of the Piney Mountain Sportsmens Club and the Kennells Mill Sportsmens Club.
