  5. Decatur -- Harry Bickers, 92, of Decatur died 8:40 p.m. Monday (Nov. 25, 2002) in McKinley Court. Graveside services were Tuesday in Macon County Memorial Park, Harristown. Dawson & Wikoff West Wood Street Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Mr. Bickers was born Nov. 24, 1910, in Newton, the son of William Sanford and Maude Musgrove Bickers. He was a self-employed heating and air conditioning contractor. He was affiliated with the Methodist Church and the Men's Garden Club. He married Esther Pearl Kush on Sept. 1, 1930. She preceded him in death. Surviving are his son, James H. Bickers and wife Laura of Decatur; grandchildren, Arthur James Bickers and wife Theresa, Katherine Moran and husband Martin, and Christopher Bickers and wife Linda; eight great-grandchildren.
