23 Oct 1822 John Landers of the one part to Harrison W. Hagerman of the other part, both of the county of Lincoln, state of Georgia that the said John Landers for and in consideration of the sum of seven hundred Dollars to him in hand paid hath bargained sold and convenyed to H. W. Hagerman all that tract or parcel of land lying in the County & state aforesaid whereon Isaac Willingham now lives containing two hundred acres lying on the waters of Little River at present bounded by John Wright's land, John McCord & Grisham's line. signed John (X) Landers Wits: John Wright & Obadiah Echols. Recorded 15 May 1834 [Lincoln Co. GA Deed Bk K p. 797] 27 Nov 1822 This indenture made the 27 day of November 1822 between John H. Walker of the one part and John Wright of the other par both of the County of Lincoln and state aforesaid... for the good Will & love and fatherly effection I bear my beloved Son in law and my Daughter Elizabeth, the said John Wright and Elizabeth his wife I have this day conveyed to them my deed of Give to all that tract of Land Lying and being in the County and State aforesaid and joining Little River at the place called and known by the name of Burgamyo old ford on said River joining Garnett and James M. Card on the East and Hensley Landers on the North and William Wittingham and Daniel Shepp on the West and containing by estatimation three hundred and fifty acres be the same more or less... signed John H. 1828 William L. Walker to John H. Walker and Harrison W. Hagerman for $450.00 as co-partners [John H 3/4 of the propert, Harrison W 1/4] on Little River containing 6 acres part of an original survey to Samuel Pain bordering lands of Phillip Dill on the west and William L. Walker on the east known now as Walker's Mill also 3/4 of an acre on the other side of the river in Columbia Co. as is laid in the plat of Phillip Dill to Walker and Marshall at time of survey Wits: Elias Garnett and Shelton Lofton. James) 1845/46 ----> Harrison takes his family and moves to Talbot Co. GA 22 Feb 1847 dau. Sarah Frances dies in Talbot Co. -- she is buried in Liberty Hill Cemetery, near Geneva.
