(Research):In the 1881 census it looks like she is called Harriet E (believe E=Elizabeth), but she does have an Emma Mills aged 6 living with her. I suspect William Boulding was married previously. Had 4 children in 1881. Also A Harriett Mills b. East Ashford, Dec Q 1852
