Birth Announcement from Dr. Anthony Troha: The New York Times, Wednesday, March 5, 1919, Page 11, Column 4: “JACKSON—Mr. and Mrs. Harold Albertson Jackson, 170 New York Av., Brooklyn, announce the birth of a son, Jacob Willits Jackson, 2d, Feb. 26.”

Here, Jacob Willits Jackson’s adopted son, Harold, has named his son after his adoptive father, Jacob Willits Jackson; also note that Harold's middle name is “Albertson”, i.e. his mother’s maiden name.

He operated a real estate and insurance business in Glen Cove for many years. Graduated Swarthmore College, was Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Matinecock Bank, and later served on the advisory board of the Hempstead Bank."
