This is a very odd record.
1. Father's information was visibly erased from the record, except for the fact that he was 21 years old and a resident of Texas. 2. Harold's name is entered as "Harold Head", yet other birth records indicate his name as "Harold Hurd" with the same mother, Bertha Mae Russell. 3. The top of the birth record is stamped "DECEASED", even though other records indicate that he was living until 1985. 4. Harold is marked as "Legitimate: NO". 5. Mother's occupation was changed from "House wife" to "House maid".
