ECK, HAROLD N., 87 Belleview - Harold N. Eck, 87, of Belleview, FL, passed away June 13, 2015. He was born on January 30, 1928 in West New York, New Jersey to Harold and Helen (Kipp) Eck. Harold proudly served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard. He was a truck driver for Barber & Bennett Feed Company. Harold moved here from New York to Florida with his wife Shirley in 1996. He was a member of the Dutch Reformed Church in Unionville, NY and Belleview United Methodist Church. Harold enjoyed bowling, playing golf, square dancing and camping. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Shirley Eck, Belleview, FL, three daughters, Lois, Vivian, and Sharon, three brothers, Clyde, Archie, and Eddie, two sisters, Helen and Louise, ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sandy. A memorial service will be held at Belleview United Methodist Church on Saturday, June 27th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice or to Hospice of Marion County.
