August 15, 1701, letters of administration on the estate of John Pinny were granted to Hannah Pinny, relict and executrix, and a warrant of appraisement was directed to William Peters, Sr., William Peters, Jr., John Jackson, Richard Ireland and Edward Tracharty. Mrs. Pinny's bond was executed the same day and was signed by herself and Gideon and Samuel Lowle.
