- Son John Hall, all my land and plantation, but if he dies without heirs to my daughter Betty.
- Son John hall, at time of my death, all my wearing clothes.
- Wife Hannah Hall, one servant wench named Ann Jones, one new feather bed and furniture that now belong to it during her life and to my son John.
- Daughter Betty, one feather bed and furniture which she has in her possession, one cow and calf.
- Rest of estate to be equally divided between them.
