Hannah Paxton was the daughter of Joseph Paxton and Margaret "Peggy" Barclay. After Joseph died, her mother married John Gilleland. Hannah married David Edmondson, Jr. Both David and Hannah's marker use the surname Edmonson, without the D.
William McClung Paxton's The Paxtons: Their Origin in Scotland, and Their Migrations Through England..., p 146 says David Edmondson and Hanna Paxton had no children. After David died, she married to widower Gilmore.
She is listed on the July/August 1981 inventory of the Falling Spring Presbyterian Church cemetery by Rev. H. Middleton Raynal and Jeanne D. Mead in section G-3.
Findagrave rules state we must list the name as on the gravestone, which is Edmonson, without the D.
She shares the gravestone of David Edmonson (sic)
