(Research):Some records indicate Hannah's maiden name as Showers, and her parents as John Showers & Catherine. I believe that to be in error as "Loyalist Lineages" does not include a Hannah in John & Catherine's family, and does in this family. Also, this lineage maintains ties that were know to both the Lottridge and Showers families, whereas there was no known connection in John & Catherine's family to the Lottridges
