- 1790 - At a General Assembly begun and held at Fayetteville, on the first day of November, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety, and in the fifteenth year of the independence of the United States of America: Being the first session of this Assembly.
- The returning officers for the several counties certified that the following persons were duly elected to represent the same in this house, to-wit:
- Guilford—Hance Hamilton and Robert Hannah.
- 10 November 1790 - Received from the Senate the memorial of Hance Hamilton, and the petition of Henry Emanuel Lutterloh, endorsed “Read and referred as by the House of Commons.” Also the resolution of this house directing the committee of propositions and grievances to divide themselves into two committees No. 1 and 2, concurred with.
