Aug. 13, 1937 - Dec. 9, 2012 MISHAWAKA - Hal "Jim" Clarence Coleman Jr., 75, of Mishawaka, IN, passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2012, in Golden Living Center. Jim was born on August 13, 1937, in Osceola, IN, to the late Hal and Violet (Morrison) Coleman. On February 14, 1960, in Free Methodist Church of Mishawaka, IN, Jim was married to Gale "Jenene," who survives. Jim is also survived by one daughter, Angie (Glen) Whitfield of Mishawaka, IN; three brothers, Jack (Sandy) Coleman of Mishawaka, IN, Thomas (Carol) Richards of Mishawaka, IN, and Jack (Donna) Richards; one sister, Dixie (Sam) Fries of Mishawaka, IN; three grandchildren, Heather Coleman, Scott and Taylor Whitfield; and by one great-grandson, Collsin Whitfield. He was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Coleman, and one daughter, Vickie Lynn Coleman. Jim is a retired fire fighter for the City of Mishawka, who enjoyed photography and genealogy. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, from 4-8 pm in Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawka, IN. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2012, at 11 am in the funeral home, with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
