DEATH: GWENDOLYN GEORGINA (Annett) BURR [excerpt] Gwendolyn Georgina Burr of R.R. 4, Alvinston passed away peacefully in C.E.E. Hospital, Petrolia on Saturday, November 1st, 1997, in her 92nd year. She was born in Brooke Township, the daughter of the late Wellington and Blanche (Shrugg) Annett. Beloved wife of Alvin Burr of 69 years. Dear sister of Kathleen Winter of Strathroy, Charlie Annett of R.R. 2, Alvinston, and Patricia Roberts of Toronto. Predeceased by a son- in-law Ken Campbell, grand-daughter Karen Douglas, sister Geraldine, and brothers, Harold and Ralph Annett. The funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd from the Arn Funeral Home Alvinston Chapel. Interment in Aughrim Cemetery.
