Gui VI of La Trémoille, known as "Le Vaillant", born in 1346, died in 1397, hereditary grand chamberlain of Burgundy and favorite of duke Philip the Bold, who makes him seigneur de Jonvelle .

Biography Son of Gui V (1315-1350) and Radegonde de Guénard, he married in 1382 with Marie de Sully, princess of Boisbelle, daughter of Louis and Isabelle de Craon, and had several children including:

Jean de La Trémoille (1377-1449), lord of Jonvelle, married on July 17, 1424 to Jacqueline d'Amboise, daughter of Ingerger II and Jeanne de Craon. Georges I de La Trémoille, a courtier, born in 1382/1385 (uncertain date) and died in 1446, participated in the Praguerie. Isabeau de la Trémoïlle (1385-?), Second wife Charles 1st de la Rivière, son of Bureau III de la Rivière.

In 1396, Gui de la Trémoille launched the construction of the current château of Sully-sur-Loire, and Raymond du Temple (architect of King Charles V of France and Duke Louis I of Orleans) drew the plans.

Gui VI participates in the crusade of John I of Burgundy where he is taken prisoner in Nicopolis in 1396 during the battle, and dies of illness in Rhodes in 1397.
