The headstone reads: In Memory of Frank Willard McGilvery, Born 1859; Lost at Sea 1895; John Hugh, Son of Frank W. and Grace E. McGilvery; 1887 (sic) - 1888 (sic). Son, John Hugh, and mother, Grace McLaughlin, are buried in the Hugh "Bub" McLaughlin family plot, St. Edward's section, in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York.

Grace E. McGilvery was widowed on or about 23 Apr 1895. Date of wedding to Anthony Burhardt. 20 Apr 1896, rather than 20 Apr 1895. See comment from Acurley re indexing errors. New Jersey marriage index covered period from July to June, ie, from July 1895 to June 1896.
