I have reason to believe Grace Laird is from the Augusta County area...possibly the part of Augusta County that became Pendleton County, VA/WV...

I have nothing on the Laird name, except what is above re Grace...just trying to get any type of small lead so that I can do some research...does her name seem familiar to you and do you have any recommendations for research materials for Augusta County that I might look at...?...thanks for any help or suggestions....Caroline Lyles
